The purchaser has the choice of more than 22 different styles of villa, from a two-bedroomed, 250m2 villa to a 400m2 one with 3 or 4 bedrooms. The surface area of the various plots range from 700m2 to 2,000m2 and nearly all of them have a panoramic view of the golf course and the sea.
The villas, built to the highest specifications and with excellent fixtures and fittings, will all have an infinity pool, a large veranda, air-conditioned bedrooms, the latest communication technology and a landscaped tropical garden. BECOME THE OWNER OF A PROPERTY IN MAURITIUS

The price of the villas ranges from $1,100,00 to $2,500,000 depending on the type of property, the land and the location, as well as the various options selected.

The purchase of a villa by a foreigner, for residential purposes, comes under the Integrated Resort Scheme (IRS) which allows him or her, and their family, to reside on the island for as long as they are owners.

Villas sold under the IRS must be part of an approved IRS development project and be built according to strict international norms with world standard infrastructure as well as fixtures and fittings. The minimum sale price is fixed at $500,000 and the surface area of the plot must not exceed 0.5276 hectares. It is possible to buy the villa during the construction period. The park has created an ownership association, in the form of a trading company, which will manage security and maintenance for the properties as well as the park itself.
